Animal Welfare Foundation of San Diego is a nonprofit corporation, founded with the intention of offering low-cost spay and neuter referrals to veterinarians throughout San Diego County, and providing financial assistance to individuals and families for spay and neuter surgeries.  We regret we cannot help with medicals or assist individuals or organizations that do rescue.

Our primary focus is on providing financial assistance for spay and neuter surgeries for as many companion animals in San Diego County as we possibly can, and when necessary, to help provide humane means by which animals suffering from incurable infectious diseases or who are too badly injured to save can be humanely euthanized.
